On the Job Training
Just a thought...
...what do you expect to gain from this so-called real work experience?
In my perspective, this is the phase wherein we SHOULD be able to apply and practice the theories and lectures we've acquired from school. The stage wherein we could have our real work understanding and involvement in our chosen field. The episode of our schooling wherein we really get to learn what we need to learn TO PREPARE us to what lies ahead.
But is this really what we normally get from having OJT?
Do you think my expectations are just way too high for this particular aspect of learning?
Well, I believe CERTAIN ACTIONS must be done by CERTAIN PEOPLE in order to get things where they should be.
I hope this will be a key opening to solve this issue.

we're SUPPOSED to put into use our so-called knowledge.
it's not enough to have the theoretical knowledge. it's better if you have the practical skills, too! :D
